OUR SERVICES

Roofing

Jesan offers steep slope roof repairs and replacement services and low slope (EPDM/TPO) as well as leak remediation services. Jesan will provide warranties coupled with the top manufacturer warranties in the industry. These include GAF, Certainteed, TAMKO and many others. We want to give every client their piece of mind that their investment will be secure.

Siding

We have numerous choices of siding from which to choose and Jesan can install them all. We have experience with vinyl (Royal & Certainteed) and cedar as well as the latest in technology which are maintenance free. We have crews that can work with durable fiber cement (James Hardie), exterior siding installation as well.

Stucco/EIFS/Masonry & Cultured Stone

One of our specialties is installing exterior masonry that is both beautiful and durable. Jesan’s experience and expertise in masonry installation shows – from pouring structural concrete foundations, to applying a hard coat stucco on a building façade, to installing EIFS (exterior insulation finishing systems) on your home. Our quality work with sidewalks, curbing, patios and decks, is unsurpassed.

Rather than using Vinyl, Cedar (wood) and Fiber Cement siding as a building envelope, Stucco, EIFS, and Cultured and hand split stone provide a beautiful and long-lasting option to your building exterior. When using a combination of all products, Jesan is your one stop shop for exterior finishes.

Surface water when not properly directed away from the building or even ponding water located in a specific area can create several problems for the building structure, its components as well as the aesthetics of a beautifully manicured property. Jesan possesses the equipment and manpower to resolve any drainage problem that may exist on your property.

Decks & Railings

Craftsmanship shines through on the installation of our exterior decks and accompanying hand rails. Pressure treated, or composite style decking and railing material are all installed with special attention to detail delivering excellent quality and workmanship. Our capabilities expand into masonry and vinyl coating decking.

Anderson, Pella, Simonton and Soft Lite are only a few of the manufactured windows that Jesan can install. Windows and doors play a large part in the building envelope construction and Jesan installs them with great care and precision.
